31 years of parties!

What does the event cost?

Our usual ticket price is £30. However if you have added your email address to our email list by using our subscription form or have attended one of Black & White Ball events and completed your details on the back of the ticket, you will be informed by email of special early bird offers which are sent out before the main bookings for the event go live.

Where and when can I buy tickets?

You can buy tickets now online via the secure server on this website (or by post by applying for a postal booking  via our contact page) and can also buy tickets via the BIC and Pavilion box offices from 1st July. (Please note that bookings via the BIC are subject to additional charges).

When will I receive my tickets?

You can book your ticket early but we don't actually start sending physical tickets out until mid September as we've learned from experience that if we send them out early there is a chance people will misplace them. After September tickets are normally sent out in batches every two weeks and then at the beginning of every week from November. For bookings made after 22nd November your tickets will be held for you at the door to avoid mail delivery delays and losses.

I don't seem to have received a booking confirmation?

Booking confirmations are sent out by our system for all purchases. However, sometimes they get diverted to your spam folder (so check there first) and sometimes they are deleted by your email manager without you seeing them - this is more often the case with Hotmail and Yahoo accounts. The general rule is that if money has been taken from your account, then your booking is confirmed. If you don't receive your tickets within 10 days of booking please do contact us and we'll look into it for you.

I haven't received a reply to my email?

Please note that if you have previously contacted us via our old website using the prefixes team@, val@ or enquiries@ the email addresses have now changed. Please contact us again using the new form on our contact page HERE. Sorry for any inconvenience.

How close to the event do you still send tickets out?

Generally speaking we send purchased tickets out right up until the week before the event, thereafter we will hold them in your name to collect on the door - just bring your booking confirmation with you so that we can check your booking against our database and door entry list. You can however (subject to availability) buy tickets from the BIC and Pavilion box offices (please note that bookings via the BIC are subject to additional charges).

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes, for bookings of 8 people or more (subject to a max limit) - more details can be found on our booking page HERE.

What do I wear?

Wear whatever you like - daring, demure, sexy, formal, stylish, fancy dress, as much or as little as you like! - Just as long as it is predominantly Black.

Do you buy unwanted tickets back?

Sorry, no. No organizers of major events buy tickets back from people who have bought a ticket and who then for whatever reason cannot make the event. However, if the event is sold out there's a good chance that you can sell your ticket to someone else by putting a message on our Facebook page HERE
