BOOKING FAQ's

When will I receive my tickets?

If you have purchased one of our early bird tickets that go on sale earlier in the year at a discounted rate you will receive them approximately 2 months before the event. From past experience we've found that if we send them out too early some get lost or misplaced by customers so we've found it helps to send them out closer to the event date. Thereafter tickets are normally sent out in batches at the beginning of every week.

How close to the event do you still send tickets out?

Generally speaking we send purchased tickets out right up until the week before the event, thereafter we will hold them in your name to collect on the door - just bring your booking confirmation with you so that we can check your booking against our database and door entry list. You can however (subject to availability) buy tickets from the BIC and Pavilion box offices, as well as our outlets in the Bournemouth and Poole area in the last week leading up to the event if you prefer.

Do you buy unwanted tickets back?

NO. No organizers of major events buy tickets back from people who have bought a ticket and who then for whatever reason cannot make the event. However, if the event is sold out there's a good chance that you can sell your ticket to someone else by putting a message on our Facebook page HERE
